Two weeks ago I called Hoosier Windows for an estimate on replacement windows and siding They called back to reschedule the 1st appointment, then never showed up...with no call I called back today to see if they wanted to provide estimate The nice lady said she'd talk with someone to see if they could come out tonight or tomorrow night and wanted to know when the MR would be home also I said with our schedules, it's not likely you are going to get us both, but that I can certainly make the decisions when it comes to siding and windows(I've done this before) [redacted] just called back and stated if we can only see one of you guys, "we just can't do it" I was shocked Really? The other companies I've called and lead through my house have all done so without the MR present I'm sure one of them will want my $25,000+ for this job Won't be calling or recommending Hoosier to anyone
They are great windows but service not so goodThey said they would repair screens but in order to do that have to bring screen to businessNot the service I expected
We purchased windows not to long ago and we believed them to be under warrantyUnfortunately we have misplaced the paperwork for themWhen I contacted the company to see about getting a defect repaired in the picture window they told me that the company that provided that window went out of business so the windows were not covered under warrantyBe aware that Hoosier windows and siding does not provide a warranty on their windows the warranty is apparently provided by the company that makes the windowsIf there is any issue with them Hoosier windows and siding will not fix the issue, but help you get a quote on fixing it

Sales guy didn't clarify to me that they were going to run my credit BEFORE doing business with them.
I called Hoosier Windows several times and talked to one of the owners, his name is Chris.
I politely asked him to call the credit bureaus to remove the hard inquiry they did on my credit. I told him that I wasn't against them running my credit IF I had eventually done business with them; but I DIDN'T DO BUSINESS with them, at all.
The owner said that he was going to call the credit bureaus. It never happened, the inquiry is still in my report.
I'm glad I did this review which will stay online for a very long time even after the hard inquiry falls off my credit report.
