This customer contacted us to purchase a newer [redacted] but due to his very very poor credit rating we weren't able to help him with the newer model SUV he originally came by to see so then he decided to go with the [redacted] we had this customer asked us if the finance manager can...
get him approved at least on this one and he actually did all he could possibly done for him to get approved so even with all the repos and multiple charge off accounts with all his creditors he was able to finally get him approved and he also had to lower the original price of the [redacted] in order for a finance company to even finance him this [redacted] ... then after getting him approved customer took the vehicle on the test drive he came back and was very satisfied with it he told us have the vehicle ready and he will go get the money and come back never came back the same day looked like he went to other places but no one was able to help him get financed but us so he came 2 days after with the money and took a position of the vehicle we even had put brand new wheels and tires on the [redacted] the truck was in excellent condition and he even checked the truck multiple times cuz he mentioned that he used to do a lot of mechanic works before so he test drive the car again when he came to pick it up looked all over it and then he said he will give us the money so he was 100% satisfied with it ....then we got the call from this customer accusing us with something we never heard of about the light then the manager immediately asked him sir please bring this vehicle back if you are not happy with it and you think there was something done but then he said oh no no I'm really happy and I want to keep it I was just trying to tell you guys if y'all knew something about it so why would you not want to bring this car back if you suspect something we did and now after 4 months you are saying this ...we never had any issue with anyone and we certainly won't because we do everything right and make everyone a happy customer so regarding this false accusation our manager will contact this customer to resolve this thank you
