*** *** *** To Whom it Concerns,My complaint # *** has not been resolvedAmen Stucco originally quoted $to do the stucco repairs to my residence, after the work was not completed and I had no choice but to involve the Revdex.com Amen Stucco had sent another quote, now for $to do the repairsI was unable to contact Amen Stucco immediately after the “new” quote was sent to me via email, I contacted ***, the president, with Amen Stucco February 2, at 3:27pm to communicate my unhappiness about being extorted for more money after they had made a bad business commitment, *** told me that they were too busy now and no longer can do the jobThis situation is very discouraging as Amen Stucco made a deal to do the repairs and months later after they had made a mess up on their end the repairs now are not going to be done and I will have to start all over with another contractor.Amen Stucco does not care about costumer service or their business standing with costumers.Sincerely, *** ***

busy season of our estimators) but there was a misunderstanding with Mr. [redacted] and our employee he gave Mr. [redacted] a very low price for this project our employee didn't communicate this to us, Mr. [redacted] called [redacted] and we send the same employee to take care of this project, we were under the impression this was taking care of We never heard anything concerning this matter until we receive an e-mail from Revdex.com communicating us about this complaint, We called Mr. [redacted] Immediately and apologize for this misunderstanding we made an appointment with him, ([redacted] travel from La Salle CO to Cheyenne WY on a winter storm to keep our appointment with him, that's how bad he felt about this situation). He gave Mr. [redacted] the appropriate price for this project (verbal and written proposal) he said he'll get back to us he never did, [redacted] called and left several messages but haven't heardf rom Mr. [redacted]. We are very sorry about this matter this is not the way we operate our business. Thanks [redacted] President.
