Review: Purchase made from Classified Cosmetics website on 9/26/14 for Aero Minerale foundation. Noted that my payment was taken from bank account a few days after this. Waited and waited, no product received. I have called the number listed on the website three times. The first time it said the mailbox was full. The second and third time I left detailed messages to contact me (two phone numbers given). No response. Also, I have emailed them twice with no answer. Every time I call I get an answering machine.Desired Settlement: I am very happy with the product and would still like to receive it. I have ordered from this site twice in the past without difficulty. At this time if no product can be produced, I would like my money refunded.

Review: I have placed an order with the company in the beginning of September. It has been more than two weeks and my item has not been shipped out. I called customer service a couple of times but am unable to get through. I have also sent various emails that I have yet to received a respond back. Therefore, I would like to receive my money back.Desired Settlement: I would like to get my refund.

Review: I ordered from this company (Aerominerale by Classified Cosmetics) on August 12, 2014, I have not received my product and my order status says not shipped. I have called the company but I am unable to leave a message because " the inbox is full." Review: I place an online order on May 26, 2014 for cosmetics and my credit card was charged on May 28,2014. The shipping terms on the website (www.aerominerale.com)state that delivery will be made in 3 to 7 business days and you will be notified by e-mail of any back order situation. As of July 2, 2014 I have not received the product or back order notification. I have sent e-mails to a customer service department with no response. The only phone number available on their web site puts you into a voice mail box that is full and you are not able to leave a message. Aero Minerale, Classified Cosmetics, Amera Distributors, LLC, whichever name they go by, it's all the same company.Desired Settlement: I would like the full amount of $27.99 refunded to my credit card account.

Review: Aerominerale cosmetics (affiliated with Amera Distributors LLC) offered in the July 2013 Allure magazine sweepstakes an Aero minerale product to the first 500 people to log onto the Allure website and fill out a sweepstakes entry form. I was one of the 500 people selected as listed by Allure magazine and acknowledged by Aero minerale. After several months of promises from Aerominerale that the product will be sent out to winners, it has never been shipped. There are several complaints from other winners posted on Aero minerale's Facebook page, who have also never received the item. I have been in contact with both Amanda Lucas and Christina Joy from Amera Distributors about this problem. Despite promises that the item will be sent, it was not and they have stopped answering my emails.Desired Settlement: I would like the item promised, an Aero Minerale Shimmer Hydrating Makeup Mist in Girlie sent to me and other winners of the contest as soon as possible.
