I called the company and they were quick to respond, efficient, and professional and took great care with my office furnishings, equipment and supplies. Everything was delivered precisely safe. My house was damaged in a major hail storm, I paid Ameramove $6200 to take my belongings to storage and to bring it back when the repairs were completed. [redacted] behaved like he was in a huge hurry and once his team got started he left, on packing day and on the day we moved back in, then he called them asking if they were done yet several times, guess he had more money to make somewhere. When I got my stuff back several items were broken, boxes marked "GLASS!!!!" were crushed at the top, my kitchen flooring was ruined and several items are missing. I was shocked at how carelessly my things were packed. I am afraid to know what is missing that I haven't realized yet. There were a couple of items missing that he said he had, he planned to bring them by for me, well he dropped off one thing that wasn't even mine, mine was new and in good shape, the [redacted] he brought wasn't mine, probably belongs to another customer. He said it was to get me by till he could get mine to me. He never showed and he quit answering my texts. The storm damage was bad enough on it's own, [redacted] added insult to injury in the way he handled my belongings.
