I am rejecting this response because: No notification of any debt owed was ever sent to my address; this is something I have no knowledge ofTwice I was called at my place of employmentThe first time I directed MrsD [redacted] not to call me at work again, and she said she would continue to do so and would speak to the office about my personal mattersI also asked for an address for validation and a cease and desist letter, MrsD [redacted] refused to provide me with one and became very unprofessional and rudeThe second time she called me at work I reminded her she was not to contact me at work, she said she would call me at anytimeI asked again for an address for which I could send the proper forms for verification and a cease and desist letter, she again refused and stated she was faxing personal information to my place of employment so that they would be aware of this matter- then she told me to-" go ahead and hang up on her"After this phone call, I immediately called my daughter, who informed me that MrsJackie D [redacted] had just called her, said several things very loudly, which my daughter could not understand, and then MrsD [redacted] hung up the phone without giving my daughter a chance to reply or ask questionsHer tone was neither professional or courteous on either occasionThis is a company that I would never consider working with even if I did owe such debt. The reply did not address that they would stop calling myself or my family until thorough validation is providedWe have been victims of identity theft and are working with law officials.Regards, [redacted]

I am rejecting this response because: No notification of any debt owed was ever sent to my address; this is something I have no knowledge of. Twice I was called at my place of employment. The first time I directed Mrs. D[redacted] not to call me at work again, and she said she would continue to do so and would speak to the office about my personal matters. I also asked for an address for validation and a cease and desist letter, Mrs. D[redacted] refused to provide me with one and became very unprofessional and rude. The second time she called me at work I reminded her she was not to contact me at work, she said she would call me at anytime. I asked again for an address for which I could send the proper forms for verification and a cease and desist letter, she again refused and stated she was faxing personal information to my place of employment so that they would be aware of this matter- then she told me to-" go ahead and hang up on her". After this phone call, I immediately called my daughter, who informed me that Mrs. Jackie D[redacted] had just called her, said several things very loudly, which my daughter could not understand, and then Mrs. D[redacted] hung up the phone without giving my daughter a chance to reply or ask questions. Her tone was neither professional or courteous on either occasion. This is a company that I would never consider working with even if I did owe such debt. The reply did not address that they would stop calling myself or my family until thorough validation is provided. We have been victims of identity theft and are working with law officials.Regards,[redacted]
