Revdex.com Dispute Mediation Department
I am the Corporate Admin designated for dispute resolution by complainant ***'s contract with Amerevent Group
As complainant *** stated in her complaint to the Revdex.com she did enter into phase
mediation/court sanctioned binding arbitration in September with Amerevent and has hired an attorney to represent her in this*** lost phase one and has so far failed to enter into phase two or pay costsShe violated mediation terms by involving an outside party (i.e.: Revdex.com) and we also could find ourselves in violation should we not follow themPlease let us know how we are to handle your request without violating legal requirementsWe wish to maintain our excellent relationship with the Revdex.com
We can firmly state all equipment was delivered and installed correctly, client was billed correctly as supported by signed receivers, one upon delivery and one upon pickup - with no mention of shortages, only client requested extrasOur crew denies all claims of shortages or improper actions*** was correctly billed for the extras confirmed on the receiving reports and for damages caused to our equipment from her unauthorized changes to and abuse of the silken drapery provided*** signed her full understanding that her credit card would be charged for all security deposit items and specifically requested a waiver of the cash deposit because of this*** was only billed at standard time rate instead of the double overtime rate provide by the contractA complete signed contract and signed credit card authorization for all charges has been presented in mediation
We would be happy to release all documentation of the mediation and findings so far to the Revdex.com upon written consent of complainant ***, however she has not responded concerning thisAs this matter will likely go before a judge due to the violation of the mediation requirements and continuing contract defaults, we cannot violate the contract ourselves by providing such documents without the consent the contract requiresShould this need to go before the Court please let us know the person from the Revdex.com to call as witness to the mediation violation
Thanks for your assistance and we appreciate your efforts
