A home I had under contract received a termite treatment by Ameri Care Services, Inc A few weeks later I closed on the home The owner [redacted] personally performed the serviceThey drilled holes every inches in the foundation, patio, and concrete carport (drilling the perimeter of 2/of the home)The drilling caused a crack in the foundationI called and emailed Mr [redacted] about the damage to the foundation which was not there when the inspections were done on the home the week beforeHe denied responsibilityI then filed a Revdex.com complaint which included a quote from a foundation repair company that confirmed the drill bit into the foundation is what caused the crackI also had the same structural engineer that inspected the home before the termite treatment come back out and look at the foundation again, and he too confirmed the drilling into the foundation is what caused the damageI had all of this in writing and Mr [redacted] first tried to deny they ever drilled holes on that side of the house, even though I presented with them before photos (from the home inspection) with no drill holes After their treatment you can obviously see the holes along with the damageHe then asked the Revdex.com to not publish the complaint and it ended up being closed because even though I had the house under contract, I was not the one that hired the company to do the treatmentRegardless of who hired them, my home is still damaged from their serviceIn addition, they did horrible workholes were left unpluggedThey left concrete dust all over the perimeter of my home, they cleaned up nothingThey damaged several patio tiles, and they also drilled thru plumbing lines in the patio that run to the fountain, which means half of the patio needs to be ripped up to replace the plumbing linesAll of these repairs are now into the thousands, and they are denying any responsibility even though I have a mountain of evidence against themThey lie and are not a reputable company in the leastThe owners are trying to skirt responsibility
