All work has been completed except for the outside work and this is due to the weather.  As soon as weather breaks and dries up, we will be back to complete work.

I give a one year warranty and his house is 3 years old, therefore it is no longer under warranty. I did go to the house 11/3 - checked the gutters, installed a diverter on the roof, then applied Thompson Water Sealer on the brick.
