Roy, one of the company’s owners, worked with me to find the best combination of products, services, and affordability to complete the replacement and installation of multiple sliding glass doors and transoms in my condo.

I bought a house where they had replaced the windows for the previous owner and they still came out to service them ON THE SAME DAY. Their products are high quality and they stand behind them. I would use them to install any product they provide. A pleasure to do business with.

After doing extensive independent research for our whole home window replacement project, it became clear that picking the right contractor was the most important decision to make. The most expensive window in the world has no value if it comes with poor craftsmanship.

Therefore, our method was to select 3 quality companies to come out and give us a consultation/proposal. Americraft came highly recommended from a co-worker of mine. We had two other companies lined up for consideration—both with high reputations online (A+ Revdex.com, angies list, home advisor, etc).

All 3 companies offered something over the other, but Americraft’s proposal came with the best value. I tried to remain as unbiased as possible, but it became clear early on that Americraft was the front runner. We had the pleasure of dealing with Roy throughout this process. What I appreciated the most about Roy was his knowledge and expertise with the installation as well as window product options.

Neither of the other two companies could offer such depth and breadth with installation technicalities. Usually that type of information comes from the installer and you don’t get to meet that person unless the contract is signed. With Americraft, I was able to get that information up front with Roy and it gave me all the confidence and reassurance that I needed.

Roy is incredibly patient and insightful. In total, I probably spent 8 + hours talking to him over the phone/in person over the course of a week (and this was without a signed contract/guarantee that it was their job). This level of advocacy was what convinced me the job was theirs.

We spent a long time choosing a window product, and Roy was helpful with that process as well. What I like about Roy is he is not “salesy” like some others with certain brands. He will give you his opinion, but not force you in one direction or the other.

Once we settled on a product, the contract was signed and we waited about a month for the install date. Roy was very hands on during the install--oversighting from the beginning and came back after completion, making sure everything came out just the way he proposed. The installation itself was smooth and efficient—a day and a half for the whole house. Minimal clean up necessary. Americraft has a very experienced team of installers and they did an exceptional job. Just like Roy—they go above and beyond the line of duty to make you happy.

It was such a joy to hire this company that I wish that I had more windows for them to do!
