The customer was informed that we had an breakdown of one of our most important machines at our factory that actually fed the other machines in our factory.  He was informed further that the parts had to be sent to Massachusetts for repair and was given the time frame that we had been given...

when those parts would be back to us.  This unforeseen and certainly unanticipated breakdown caused a delay not only in his order but others that were preceding his.  We told the customer that we would get his order as quickly as possible once the parts were back giving him an estimated delivery date.  When the parts return was delayed we did speak with the customer to acknowledge that due to that fact we were not able to meet what was felt to be the delivery date that had been based on what we had been told by the company doing the machinery part repair.Once the parts arrived we provided the customer with a new estimated delivery date.  The only thing we do not do in-house with our products is the powder coating of the product.  Typically that process only takes 2-3 days and that is what the new estimated delivery time was based upon.  We found out belatedly that the powder coating company that we use had received some very large orders prior to ours and was not able to provide these parts back to us in the standard time frame.  Unfortunately we were not advised of that potential delay so we were not able to notify the customer of what might happen.  We spoke with the customer on the delivery date and let him know that the equipment was not back from the powder coaters relating what we had found out from them.   Understandably the customer was unhappy but the circumstances that have caused the delay in his delivery time frames were due to unusual events that we had no control over.  The customer has been notified that as soon as we receive the equipment back from the powder coaters we will deliver right away.  As the powder coater has not provided us with a definitive time frame we were in this case unable to provide specific day for his delivery.  In this instance we will be refunding the customer his full $2,500.00 Deposit today.

Worst experience ever purchasing a product. 7 weeks late on delivery. Very very bad communication. Every employee blamed all the problems with our situation on each other. Would not return phone calls and emails, always told us they never recieved or emails or voicemail.
