There was no cheap "sales" tactics. Their inspector was straight forward and honest. He gave us one price and stuck to it. No game playing, no calling back later with a better deal...very admirable. I rarely write reviews for companies but I had to write this because I was so pleased with these guys. After this crazy snowfall and rain on top of it we had some major water flooding to deal with in the basement. We met with 4 waterproofing contractors. In the end we chose Ameri-Dry because of how straight forward they were with both the pricing and the breadth of their knowledge about basements. The company has been around a long time- they are not a franchise like some other companies in the area. The team was professional and clean- they covered all of our things in the basement and made sure when they left everything was back in place and where it belonged. The only way I knew they had been there is the musty wet smell disappeared almost immediately when they completed the job. And since then we've had a couple days of rain. Before I would come home and dread going into the basement- there would always be leaky corners. What peace of mind and a relief it was to see everything dry after a rainy day. On top of that it came with a lifetime warranty that we do not have to renew. Highly impressed.

Ameri-dry completed work this afternoon installing a sump pump and 40 foot trench in the basement of our nineteenth century rowhouse. The project required two days to complete. When there was a problem with the installation of the discharge pipe, the company president came on-site to help resolve the problem. The crew kept us updated on the progress throughout the day. The Vice President of Operations stayed in contact with us to make sure that everything was completed as expected. Everyone we dealt with from Ameri-dry were professional and courteous.
