WARNING! I hired them to set my office trailer, I spent many hours getting everything needed for them, like trailer info, electrical and plot plans drawn up, I told them the importance of getting this done, for I am paying rent on land I can’t use yet until I get a permit. Their job was to take my electrical and plot plans to their structural engineer, have him do his work and submit everything to the state department of Fire, Building and Life safety. After that, I was to get the plans back and submit them to county for a construction permit. And then Ameri-fab was going to install the trailer on site and supply the wheelchair ramp. So the very day the plans were done from my architect, I hand delivered them to the ameri-fab office and the person I gave them to named [redacted], telling him the importance of this, time wise, and that every day I am not on site costs my company $1000, he assured me that it would be working on it right away and I should have everything back from state within a week, so I left happy. 1 week later I called [redacted] and asked about the status and was told he has heard nothing yet so I waited another week and I called him again and he gave me the same answer “I haven’t heard anything yet” he tells me, so I wait another week and I call him and he tells me the same thing “nothing yet”. So I wait another week and I call him and he tells me that the state asked him for some corrections, so its delayed. At this point I am upset and I call [redacted] with the state, she handles all the plans submitted, and she tells me that there is NO plans submitted, I put her on hold and called [redacted] 3way conference call, and asked him to explain why there is no plans submitted, I wish I recorded thee call, I set there and listened to the two of them talk and it was clear [redacted] was lying, he’s like, “ I submitted them” and she said “well if you did , I would have them and I give out receipts to everyone who submits plans, Do you have your Receipt?” of course he did not, he fumbled over his words , saying he would look for the receipt at his office and would get back to me in a few hours, I never herd back so the next day I called him and he said he’s looking for the receipt and would call me back In 20 min. he never called back. So I called him back 5 hrs later, no answer. So I called the main office to talk to his boss. HaHa, are you kidding me, I was told there is nothing they can do but resubmit the plans and go from there. Meaning I needed to wait another 2 weeks? I am outraged! This Ameri-fab company cost me an extra $30,000 due to their poor performance. The “president of Ameri-fab” admitted their wrong doing and asked me what I would like them to do to make it right, I said “do the whole job for free now sinse you screwed up”. I was told that’s not going to happen and I need to pay anyways! I didn’t like that and im going to use someone else and then I was hung up on, that’s just wrong! Your FIRED Amer i-fab and no one should ever use this company , they need shut down and poor business ethics is not the only reason, Just [redacted] Ameri-fab Phoenix and read about the May 2010 Maricopa county sheriff’s office raid on the business for harboring illegal aliens. Real good Business!
