I had my car towed to a Precision Auto on Pine Street because it broke down at the hospital while my mother-in-law was in the hospital Precision Auto started working on my car without my permission and they charge me plus dollars for a repair on a starter when I got my car back the car was started making a funny noise that it had never made before within a month I had to bring my car back up to Precision Auto because my car was again not starting they call they sell fixing it within days my car was not starting again.Precision Auto told me to bring my car back up there they will pay to have it towed and try to fix it again I do not want them to fix my car again I would like to get my money back and take my car somewhere else where it can be fixed
I am a local google guide and this is the review I left onlineI have never filed a complaint against any company beforeI could not let this go, because due to what they did my antique (years old now) car is now parked and undrivableI have already spent $with them, and still do not have a repaired carplus the months I have continuously paid insurance on the car even though I can not drive itSo it wont get towed by the city for not being legalI'm at a loss as to what to do now, since no other shop will work on itI have been told that due to the "work" this shop did and how they left it that its too much of a liability for another shop to work on now

If I could give it less I would! I took my ford thunderbird LX hereIt was over heatingThey told me I needed a new water pump and my exhaust manifold gaskets needed to be replacedI had to pay a deposit up fron
On May 2017, I had them conduct a pre-purchase inspection of the vehicle and subsequently had them repair: serpentine belt, intake plenum gasket, valve cover gasket set, brake fluid exchange, a full synthetic oil change, and a tire rotation
On May 2017, the check engine light came on There was also a skunk smell and fog coming from the vents, a "slushing" water sound coming from the dashboard area, and the engine was sounding rough I was able to get it to them days later on June and was told by them that I needed to replace the spark plugs and wires, get a tune up, and to replace the heater core
After this, the car was back in their shop weekly and is even still there now The issues following: Power steering motor, smell still coming from vents, fog still coming from vents, and A/C still not working properly
