Crooked car dealer
This is the most crooked car dealerships I have ever been to . I purchased a car from them two years ago. I was told one owner no accidents, and was given a doctored up carfax . Now I decided to sell the car and provide the car fax for other buyers and find out the car was from an auction had 4 accidents, air bag deployed on two separate occasions and frame damage . Please stay away from this place if you value your money your safety . The name of the crook that gave me the car fax was tara Lynne. I have the proof and I am looking to file a case against them .

Gabrielle Powell came to Ameri Motors to purchase a [redacted] She was not satisfied so she purchased the [redacted] for $Gabrielle went to the the Auto Tag to get in transit tags on her own since she lives out of stateAmeri motors did not register her vehicle she had to show her current insurance along with her New Jersey Drivers Licence at the Auto Tag Agency where she was then issued in-transit tagGabrielle called Ameri Motors and said her boyfriend was driving the vehicle with no drivers licence and the car was impounded because he was taken to jail for having drugs in the vehicleGabrielle asked us if we could get the vehicle out of impound for her because no she has no car and no moneyAmeri Motors stated to her if she gets the car out of impound and there is no damage to the vehicle we will refund her money and she can return the vehicle with in days of purchaseSince we sold her the vehicle we no longer own the vehicle and have no way of getting a car out of impound.Regards,Ameri Motors

I am rejecting this response because:the statements the company made are false.I have video of our conversations about this vehicle my boyfriend did not get locked up for drugs but a violation for being in New Jersey while being on probation in PA. Jay asked me what happened with my boyfriend I explained this to him not knowing he would flip it and try to use him being locked up as an excuse. I did not purchase the [redacted] it was given to me as a loaner vehicle while the [redacted] I put 4000 down on get checked for the transmission slipping. I have proof of the problems that were wrong with the [redacted] I have some videos of the owner Jay and I conversation. I also have the I paperwork that he or his employees picked up from auto tag place without my signatures.

Review: This dealer is not honoring there warrantie for the car I signed for the car on 10/10/2013 and as of this date the repairs have not been done the car is undriveable the brakes have failed the alarm system has failed the air bags have failed along with other things on this car. I have contacted the finaiance company about theses issues alsoDesired Settlement: needs to be repaired or replace I feel that 2 and a half months and the repairs are not done

Review: purchased a 06 [redacted] r350 vehicle from ameri motors with a 30day warranty the vehicle was brought back 6-7 times for the engine light on,rear brake,and master window switch was broken1.master window switch was repaired2.brake light was repairedbut engine light never was taken care of 30 days has passed and I had voice my concerns to a tv station to see what they could interveen with this problem nothing has been done I then called the finance company to cancel the contract for this vehicle but was explained that it wasnt a option at this time the dealer never offered another vehicle to me or upgrade to another one instead he explained he had another vehicle of the same year coming in that they were going to take the parts off of and put them on the car I purchased from themDesired Settlement: this vehicle should have went to the [redacted] dealership to be repaired the correct way
