As I said from my last response I trust my techs but I am willing to come out and look at the unit as pictures can be deceiving but looks like you are not going to give us the chance. Whirlpool did call yesterday and I said if they give me an autho we will go back out but I will not go out and replace another door for freeThe man from whirlpool agreed I should not have to do such a thing and said he would get back to me. have to return and do it again for free. I trust all of my techs and I believe what he is telling me. He even said he brought you into look at the microwave door when he was finished to look the unit over before he left. The dent on the pic you sent me was very obvious and I am sure you would have seen it right away. I did not mean to come across as rude but I don't think I should have to send my tech out, taking money out of his pocket for something he said was not there when he left. This is why we show the customer the work when we are done. If you want I can personally come out and take a look at the unit, sometimes pictures can be deceiving so I would like to see it in person.
