Hello Sir,First of all I am very sorry about your lossWhen we spoke yesterday I told you I had contacted my tech and showed him the picture you sent me and he said that dent was not there when he put the door onMy techs work on commission and they would never put on a damaged part as the would have to return and do it again for freeI trust all of my techs and I believe what he is telling meHe even said he brought you into look at the microwave door when he was finished to look the unit over before he leftThe dent on the pic you sent me was very obvious and I am sure you would have seen it right awayI did not mean to come across as rude but I don't think I should have to send my tech out, taking money out of his pocket for something he said was not there when he leftThis is why we show the customer the work when we are doneIf you want I can personally come out and take a look at the unit, sometimes pictures can be deceiving so I would like to see it in personLet me know if you would like to set that upI can be reached at ###-###-####.Thank you,Alan
