With reference to your letter (copy enclosed), we would like to inform you that the customer complained about the presence of a piece of feather in one the wings that she purchased on 05/01/However, she was told to bring the uneaten chicken wings or the proof of purchase of the wings to get full refund or to get replacementBut she brought neither of them and asked for free replacement of her food on the following day and the employee on duty (Sunny) asked for the proof of purchase, and she became angry and started cursing the employees and uttered explicit languages and left the store.Our standard store policy is to take care of the customers and we consider that "customer is always right." However, she was told to bring the uneaten chicken wings or the proof of purchase of the wings to get full refund or to get replacement.
