explained to [redacted] that he would have to contact [redacted] as that is who he made the reservation through, We have never charged [redacted] for his reservation, also contacted [redacted] personally and advised them that no reservation was found in our system and that they needed to refund the customer his money.At this time, there is nothing more can do for [redacted] as the error was on the part of [redacted], not Americas Best Value Inn, [redacted] issue is with [redacted] as that is who he booked his reservation through.
