Hi, First I have to agree with the costumer about using only voucher, I been miss inform But at the same time the costumer already ask for the refund and got it, of the voucher to social living Now, Mr [redacted] is keeping threatening us to shut us down, with his family, friends, including mentioning a lady that work from the immigration and he will send her to check all my employees I have no idea why Mr [redacted] is feelling in danger to come here, we never threaten him or do anything to make him feeling in this way, including keeping his car in storage for FREE for two months We deal with hundreds of costumers and nobody ever feel threaten by us We ask to come here with the car and see what can be done to fix the problem He stated, in front of wittness that the rear mirror was brocken and had to spend $to glue itnow, I just glued back because was falling a part If Mr Fontana, really believe that the console was not broken, we will make the repairIn the pics, nobody can see any problem with the paint, that the reason why we are asking to come hereNow after saying that, Mr [redacted] don't want anything for free, but is asking money back for a job already done and he had a refund for the [redacted] .!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! My answer is this: If Mr [redacted] will come at the shop with the car we will figure out something to have both party satisfied I'm always ready to make things right, if there is a problem, but if he want me send a check will not happen Sorry but all of this do not make any sense Regards

As a response of the complainFirst, as a courtesy we did accept living social cupons, also if is not supposed to used two of them for the same car and is very clear on the rules of the coupons. Second the bill was $564.95 plus tax (plus $living social coupons,
that are been purchased for $100) total of $819.31, so I don't know were the costumer paid $cash
1)The tortoise shell accordian was brocken and was inside the car at the time left the shop
2) The windsield was not cracked when the car left the propertyHe discover it weeks after the car was not longer here
3) The costumer paid for dent on the hood, one dent on the front door and dent on the roof and is been charged for only hours of bodywork, as stated in the invoiceThe client did not want to pay more to have fix all the dents on the car
4) The "paint dimpless" are reflection that you can see also on the glass, more than happy to fixed, but still that the costume chose un inexpensive paint job, only $for the intire car, and been explain that will be very different from a base coat/ clear coat paint job and he did accepted
5) Mercedes benz emblem was not broken, just really faded, so as courtesy we replaced for FREE
6) Rear mirror was already not in working condition and all glued, and the costumer did stated that was previus done from someone else
7) Tires are not new at all, the car was towed per costumer decision after he left the car at the shop for two months, we did NOT charge any storage fees ($per day), because he was saying that he was not in town
8) We called the costumer in a weekly basis and the answer is been, that he need to go out of town, after in vacation for two weeks, and as stated before, he left at the shop for two months
This is what I'm willing to do to close this situation:
If the paint has a real problem we will fixed, but I want un external appraisal that will stated that
I will reinburse the $for the insurance on the tire
All the rest is the way to get work done for free
I will be more than happy to settle this metter in court if the costumer feel that need it

I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], and have determined that this proposed action would not resolve my complaint.  For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below.
I reject because the business is lying and they are not trust worthy and I am being penalized for contacting Revdex.com and rating them a 1 on [redacted] &[redacted]. First, I only used 1 of the [redacted] towards the Car. The Second was to be used on My Avalanche however it will not be used. America Body Shop received the money from both [redacted] so it is no loss to them. No matter how you add the money up, I have over $900.00 invested into the Paint and Repair job. Minutes after submitting the Revdex.com complaint, [redacted] aggressively called me to say what was I doing. She emphasized over and over that that my Revdex.com Complaint would make the Manager mad, was a big mistake and that he would not take care or anything due to the filing.
Attached are Photos of the Car. There maybe more then One Email due to 4 photos times out. The Car has not been washed, it has only been driven (to and from the [redacted]. This is the location where I had purchased the New Tire and its Insurance. They would not have paid for 80% of the Tires cost had it been old as America Body Shop indicated to Revdex.com. The Car has been secured inside my Garage because I don't want America Body Shop to say that it is new damage. Thus, the photos are not clear because am I am too afraid to wash it and have America Body Shop say that the damage occurred when I washed it. Thus, the original dust is on the Car.  
I am not looking for anything free. I am not looking to take advantage of American Auto Body. I just wanted to be treated fair and have a proper paint and repair job. I didn't put any time pressure on them because I wanted the repairs to be done correct. 
I was never told that I was selecting a Cheap Paint Job. I would have gladly paid additional for a Paint upgrade however I was not told. My trust in [redacted] was immediately established. So much that I paid her Cash before even seeing the Car. The Mercedes 600SL is not a Cheap Car. Two of the America Body Shop Staff asked if I was interested in selling my Car to them of which I declined. Although it has some age on it. I have been restoring it for years at a major expense and know every inch of the car.  Parts are very expensive for the 600SL and often have to be shipped from Germany due to the rarity of the Model. Having to replace America Body Shops damage is not fair. I do not expect or was asking for America Body Shop to pay for any Items that were previously damaged only their damage. I cannot find the Accordion Console which America Body Shop say was left in the car. It was never damaged and it was the original Cover that enclosed  he visible items in the Console(See Photo). Only America Body Shop knows what happened too it. Most likely, It was broke and discarded the same time of the Rear View Mirror damage. Perhaps it was an innocent mistake or a large person getting into the Car who hit the rear view mirror and  put pressure on the Accordion cover and they both cracked. Maybe they were afraid that they would get in trouble and simply threw the damaged items away. Again, the Items are not it the Car. I do not believe it is a theft issue because any monetary change that I left in the car and console is still there. 
Furthermore, [redacted] told me that 4 people were fired because of the neglect. If Revdex.com would like access to my [redacted] I am giving you my permission. I don't understand why 4 people would be fired if everything was perfect. Secondly, I asked [redacted] who broke the windshield because of my trust in her. I asked did the [redacted] or did America Body Shop? She said that she was sending someone to fix the windshield. Again, I am giving you my permission to access my [redacted] if that helps.
The Manager of America Body Shop is not mad that they took my cash. The Manager is not mad that they missed the hood dent the repair job needs to be redone. The Manager is unapologetic that his Staff abused and damaged my Car.  But, the Manager is mad that I am being honest and holding them accountable.
I have been told so many times that repairs were going to be done however it never gets done.
The only option at this point is that I am asking for the return of the stated $564.95 because I am in fear of my safety if I was to go to the location. I will have the Car repaired elsewhere. I am willing to have Revdex.com release the funds to the Repair shop who completes the work. I am not looking for any financial gain from America Body Shop. I am an outstanding member of the Community. My Family Members are Police, Homeland Security and our Family has been honored with a art commissioned US Constitution, the only one in the last 50 years at a dedicated Room at the United States Marine Headquarters in Quantico VA.
Upon receiving the $564.95+Tax toward the repair, I will immediately update all of my reviews to reflect saying that the Management took care of me.

3) The costumer paid for 1 dent on the hood, one dent on the front door and 1 dent on the roof and is been charged for only 3 hours of bodywork, as stated in the invoice. The client did not want to pay more to have fix all the dents on the car.
