Review: I purchased an airline ticket from this agent on June [redacted] of this year,received my e-ticket alright, then today, I found out the ticket was never actually paid for by the agent and had been cancelled by the airline. This ticket was for my son to return home from England the end of next week, and I don't know who to call to try to get my money back. I've already called the agent and got voicemail, left a message, and also sent an email, no response. I'm sure that this a federal offense, I don't know the correct agency to call.Desired Settlement: I'm out 473.00 I need it back immediately.
