America Grill Fire

Review: On August 25th, 2013, I purchased a Philly Cheesesteak from America Grill Fire's food truck on Washington D.C.'s National Mall. The listed price was $9.90. When I checked my credit card statement for the month, though, America Grill Fire had charged me $90. I realized that the individual charging my card must have accidentally (or perhaps purposefully) missed a 9. The mistake made sense since pushing the "9" twice in a row could have easily resulted in the credit card machine not picking up the second entry. I contacted the business owner, [redacted], to resolve the issue. He listened to my situation and gave me his e-mail so that he could review all of the information and obtain my address for refund. He assured me that the situation would be resolved and that he would mail me a refund in check form for $80.10. I e-mailed him all of the necessary information and waited for the check.After a month or so, the check never came. I called [redacted], and he told me to call back in a week because his "accountant was reviewing the information." He was quick to dismiss my call this time. I called back in a week, and he said give him two weeks to resolve the issue. The situation is not complex, and the refund is simple. Still, I gave him the time since it was during the holidays. When I called after two weeks, he picked up the phone and immediately hung up. He ignored my follow-up call. So, I decided to pursue the matter through the Revdex.com, as this type of practice is not acceptable.Desired Settlement: All I want is the $80.10 back that should not have been credited to America Fire Grill for the Philly Cheesesteak.
