I gave this company my information and address. The very thing I was wanting protected by them. After speaking to a lot of different people and scheduling and rescheduling installation times I finally felt like I am being scammed somehow. I spoke to a Mr Matthews that told me he was the owner of the company and then later his "customer service" (MAC) told me that he is not the owner and would not put me through to him again. I spoke to the "sales" department manager and he told me he does not know these people and also confirmed that Mr Matthews is in fact not the owner. I was then told by MAC that Mr Matthews is in the billing department and then sales told me they have a Matthew that works for them but he is a Technician. I feel concerned that I gave this company my address, after I told them numerous times that I do not want them coming out they insist that the technician is coming. I informed them that if he does I will consider it trespassing. This company also does not answer the phone half the time I called them. I would like to know out of this list of people I spoke to...who is actually working for them?

We have not installed product to this customer. We have a recording in the customers voice in which the customer has scheduled an installation with us. All the persons mentioned in this review are employees of the company, and no wrong information has been provided to Mr *** Pretorius. As a company we dont take any financial information from any customer on phone. In fact the customer makes a payment to our technician only upon successful installation of our product, and upon customer being satisfied. We will be reaching out to Mr *** again to reclarify. At this point, we feel his comments are unjustified, as we have not even provided him any service/product and he has not even made any payment.
The issue has been resolved by cancelling my install.I understand that the employees don't know eachother because some of the services are outsourced. You have recordings of my voice because we did have a time and date set for install to which your guys never showed. Didnt inform me they weren't coming either. Had to call to no avail.

They called me out of the blue and I was kinda hesitant at first, But I listened to what the rep had to say and it all sounded good, I had a tech come out to my house and they were very professional.
They installed a smart home safety system that exactly as described. I will be recommending to friends and family for sure!!
Great quality equipment, great customer service! I highly recommend them!
