America One Insulation

I am rejecting this response because:
On 5/18/I filed my first complaint with the Revdex.com detailing my order of window awnings from America One InsulationWe ordered the awnings in August of We paid for them in full in the amount of $We have never received theaownings and the owner *** *** failed to return many phone callsWhen he did return phone calls he would promise delivery but has never followed throughWhen I filed the complaint in May he immediately called (after not returning my many calls previously) and said that he would be sending out a certified letter with terms of returning my moneyHe also responded to the Revdex.com that he was taking care of this problemSo I again gave him the benefit of the doubt and waited for the papersIt is now the end of June and we still have received nothingI feel this is like stealing our moneyThis is totally unacceptable business practice

Dear Ms*** *** Originally Mrs*** and I were communicating but then Mr*** *** called me and I assumed, after our conversation, it was clear to me that he was taking over in resolving and working out a payment planApproximately June 19th I called Mr*** at his office, *** Pump, to let him know that I was prepared to make a large payment (of 2) but according to the front desk he was not availableI did leave a message for him to call me but I never received a call backI am still prepared to do soIt's very unfortunate this had to happen as I was involved with other partners when this originally took place but I am taking responsibility and want to make things right.
