This roof was inspected by America Roofing on 

#cccccc; position: relative; top: 2px; z-index: -1;">11/4/14. It was found that there is massive amounts of bird droppings causing pre mature granule loss (see pics). This is caused by the acids in the droppings. This is NOT caused from poor workmanship or substandard products. This also is not covered under our warranty nor the manufactures warranty.

Review: America Roofing installed a new roof for us 3 years ago at [redacted]. We are selling the house. During the inspection process it was discovered the roofing product installed was already severely damaged to the point repairs where deemed necessary. I contacted America roofing on 10/28/14 to inquire about the warranty. I told them the damage was possibly due to bird droppings per the inspectors report and his theory. The operator stated she would send someone out next week to check the roof. I asked for a copy of my documents and he warranty involved. She said she would get it to me by the end of the day. I called back prior to there closing the office for the day, and she sated at hat time she talked to her manager and since it was bird droppings they wont cover it or send someone out to inspect the damage. I asked if she would send the warranty details o me, and she said she would send it the next morning. I called the next day 10/29/2014, and the same operator said she would send the warranty documents to me by that afternoon. Nothing was sent. I called again 10/30 and 10/31 and none answers the phones when I call.

My complaint is with the substandard product installed by America Roofing, the fact America roofing wont inspect the damage to the product they installed, the inability of America Roofing to send me the warranty documents involved with my transaction, and the inability for America Roofing to respond to my numerous attempts to contact them. The way they are conducting business is not worthy of an A+ Revdex.com rating.Desired Settlement: My desired settlement is for them to repair the roof they installed. It is not expected for a roof to only last 3 years before significant damage form natural elements. They installed a substandard product either intentionally or unintentionally that needs to be replaced.
