Review: I ordered a product (case of 12 packs of Stevia Dent gum) from this company through [redacted]. They shipped one pack of gum to me instead of 12 packs but charged me the case price of $14.25 plus $2.50 shipping. After repeated emails and calls to the company, I finally filed a complaint through [redacted] and they sent me an email that my Discover card would be refunded the money (or in this case, the points because I paid with rewards points/dollars) [redacted] has not issued a credit, but they were paid.Desired Settlement: I would like a credit of $16.50 on my Discover card.

I regret having used this company, and I am disappointed in [redacted] for allowing it to advertise products on their webpage. I ordered an item for an elderly family member, and received something totally different. I looked for a phone number on their "info" page on the [redacted] site, and there was NONE. I looked for a webpage, and there was NONE, only an e-mail address that does not respond to my e-mails. I called [redacted], and they gave me a phone number, so I called. NO ONE ANSWERS and NO ONE CALLS BACK. This is an appalling way to do business. They should be off of the [redacted] merchants list. I wish that I had checked the Revdex.com reviews before I ordered.

Review: I ordered lotion from this company. They sent the wrong product. I requested the correct product and return shipping on the wrong product. I sent the request via email to the customer service department. I received a generic email saying they would send the info to their shipping department. That was two weeks ago no other communication. I also tried to call and got voice mailbox that was full. They state on there shipping that returns are accepted for 30 days and we are getting close to that time. My original order with them is order #[redacted] which was placed on July **, 2015. I have a copy of my original email if you need it.Desired Settlement: I want a full refund including shipping as well as a postage paid label to return the wrong product to them.

This is my naive thought process as a customer.

1) You explained that it was due to a technical error on your end.

2) As such, shouldn't you try to just accept your own error and fulfill your promise to the customer? I mean, this whole issue involves 2 bottles of everyday shave gel, which by my calculation, amounted to only a few dollars. AmericaRx is willing to incur a bad name for itself over a few dollars?? This is unbelievable.

3) I placed the order for 3 bottles in good faith, I authorized you to charge my credit card, and I paid $3.99 shipping for 3 bottles, not just for 1 bottle. You're asking me to understand that "we have collected the shipping charges because we have already paid that amount to the shipping carrier to ship the quantity to you". To this, I say WHAT ARE YOU TALKING ABOUT? I (NOT YOU) paid the shipping charges for you to ship 3 bottles. AmericaRx DID NOT pay for shipping!! What AmericaRx failed to do was you shipped the wrong quantity. May I remind you the exact item that I ordered on Amazon: PACK OF 3 AVEENO SHAVE GEL THERAPEUTIC 7OZ PT#[redacted]. Your product advertisement read "pack of 3", you DID NOT send me a pack of 3. You only sent 1 bottle, which was the wrong quantity as far as my naive understanding goes.

4) I'm sure you use shave gel as well...would you have paid $3.99 shipping for 1 bottle of shave gel? I think you'd just run to your neighborhood Walmart or convenience store to get the 1 bottle of shave gel. If it wasn't for a 3-pack, I would have never ever placed this order.

Bottom line is, AmericaRx advertised for a "Pack of 3 bottles", delivered only 1 bottle, and asked the customer to understand that there was an error, and at the same time told the customer to eat the $3.99 shipping which was supposed to be the shipping cost for 3 bottles. The way "customer service" is handling this issue is completely terrifying because if this is how your company handles a transaction that's only a few dollars, how can you be trusted with transactions that are much more expensive than this?!

May I respectfully request that you refund the $3.99 shipping charges as well, since it's obvious the you did not fulfill your promise to ship 3 bottles. Alternatively, why don't you just send me the 2 other bottles of Aveeno shave gel? I'll get the order that I actually placed for, I don't need any refunds from you, and everybody is happy?

Please reconsider.

"I am extremely unhappy with the way AmericaRx is handling my case. I placed the order back on Oct ** for "Pack of 3 Aveeno shave gel". I received the package in early November only to find that they shipped just 1 bottle instead of the 3 that I was expecting. I then contacted AmericaRx on Nov *, was told by representative [redacted] that they will be sending me the other 2 bottles shortly. After I followed up with them regarding the status (speaking to [redacted] and [redacted]), I was then told that AmericaRx made a mistake and that the listing on Amazon should have only been for 1 bottle. I requested them to check and see if they'd still honor the listing (3 bottles) and despite their checking back and forth, they were still unable to give me a response other than saying they'd check on it. Finally, on Nov **, I spoke to Sam and demanded a full refund, only to find today that they are giving me a partial refund of $3.26 while still charging me $3.99 for the shipping.

This is a very small order of $3.26 plus $3.99 shipping. Neither I nor AmercaRx is going to lose the house one way or the other. However, I find AmericaRx to be untrustworthy and their customer service to be dysfunctional. The correct thing to do from a customer service perspective would have been just to remedy the situation by sending the other 2 bottles...after all, we are talking about something so cheap in shave gels. Instead, they chose to refund me the $3.26, while still making me eat the shipping cost for a order that they did not fulfill. I hope that in the future, Amazon does not allow vendors like this to renege on their orders, or at least have them penalized for not fulfilling their promises to customers. ".

Review: I placed an order with this company through [redacted] for what I thought was a 3 back of bath soap. When I received my order I there was only one bar of soap. I had to contact the company three times before I received an official answer from a manager, but the front line customer service reps just kept telling me that the price was for one bar even though multiple places on the advertisement said 3 pack and multi pack. The second time I called the seller was changed in [redacted] and the customer service representative made me feel like I was stupid and not even contacting the right company. I have a print screen saved from the day that I ordered the product showing AmericaRx as the seller which I forwarded to the company and still have if needed for supporting evidence. The final answer I received from the company was that it was [redacted] fault because they showed the incorrect seller, which still doesn't make sense to me since the receipt I received in the shipment shows AmericaRx.Desired Settlement: I believe that I am entitled to receive two more bars of soap per the advertisement's specifications.

Review: Order number is [redacted]. Item reflects delivered as general parcel by post office. I followed up with company with my issue they replied:

"Our records indicate your item was delivered. Follow up with post office." I contacted post office they advised only shipper can request tracer action." Subsequent follow-up with the seller has resulted in no replies.

Review: I ordered a product and Americarx shipped it to the incorrect address. The post office confirmed that the item was delivered to the incorrect address due to the wrong zip code was input by the shipper. I've contacted AmericRx in writing seven times providing the confirmation from the postmaster that the shipper input the incorrect zip code. AmericaRx has done nothing to resolve the issue.Desired Settlement: Delivery of order or refund.

Absolutely terrible company! I ordered 4 bottles of sunscreen and three of them were filled with water. I have been fighting to get my money back. Companies like this should be put out of business. Buyer Beware!!

Review: I ordered a Nail Kit for $15.03 including shipping, they sent me a cheaper version of the product that is also posted on their [redacted] site for almost half of what I paid $8.78 and when I contacted them to discuss and try to resolve the issue, they simply said I was wrong and that was the product I purchased and it certainly was not. I sent pictures and proof showing they were completely different products and yet again, they emailed ranting about the company of the product itself changed the packaging. Once again, they did not thoroughly understand the simple mistake and offered me $1.00 compensation for the troubles. I do not want their $1.00. I'm returning the incorrect product and never doing business with them again for something as simple as this turned into a big whoop for nothing. I'm left with no product and they still haven't refunded my money which again, is double the price of what they sent me.Desired Settlement: I'd like to either be sent the correct product, the product in which I ordered or they should refund my money and let me keep the cheaper products for such a horrible hassle.

Review: Through [redacted] I ordered [redacted] Acne Medication Rapid Spot Treatment. [redacted] placed the order with AmericaRx. AmericaRx had two pictures of this product. I placed my order with the picture of the product that had "tinted" clearly displayed on the product package. What I received was the untinted product which I clearly did not want to purchase over the internet because I can buy it locally. I called the company three times and only once did customer service return my telephone call. I was given the royal run-around--always being told that the matter would be resolved in 24 hours. "Resolved" meant to them that I should stop calling and just keep what they sent me. They kept putting the burden on me--their last request was that I take photos of the product and email the pictures to them. I did not comply with this last request.Desired Settlement: Return of the product with full refund (include shipping costs) because they did not send the tinted product pictured on the website.
