Review: A service call was scheduled for a TV warranty install. [redacted] arrived to my home on 04/13/14 at 2:35PM. He presented his business card and came inside. Due to the large size and weight of the TV he was going to need my assistance to move the TV. While moving the TV, he knocked down the right speaker while backing up, it's edge falling against a wood framed wall mirror. Upon inspecting the items there was damage to both the speaker and mirror. [redacted] immediately apologized for the incident and asked how to make it right. I immediately called the office to report the incident and was told by [redacted] to email the office the details and for [redacted] to take pictures. We both took pictures. [redacted] offered $100 to replace the mirror but I said I was sending the email to the office to address all damages. He then completed the repair.After sending a detailed email 3/13/14 with pictures I spoke with [redacted] on 3/17. She had acknowledged the email but said [redacted] was not in the office because he twisted his ankle when knocking down my speaker and if I had home owners insurance. She said it was my fault for placing the speaker and she didn't agree with [redacted] to even offer to replace the mirror. I wanted the damaged items replaced (spkr $300+ mirror $100) but she said they would not replace, only offer to"fix" them. I did not accept explaining both items were new and also would void the speaker warranty. She refuted that claim which I had verified with the manufacturer. She said she would speak with [redacted] the next day and call me in two days.She did not call, so I called her on 3/21/14. She said she didn't have anything new to say and that she would touch base the following week hoping to resolve this peacefully. I asked her if she was the owner. She said it was a corporation. I asked for her title, she said her title can be General Manager.I did not hear from her the following week so I called 3/28/14. [redacted] said she was not in the office.
