that there will be inaccuracies and that there will be some holes and obsolete namesUnfortunately, that is just the nature of this businessIf anyone tells you otherwise, they are not telling the TRUTH!Refund PolicyDatabases and e-mail marketing follow the same principle as software- once opened or downloaded, it is a final saleDue to the nature of email lists, all sales are final and non-refundableBy processing your order and submitting your contact information, you are entering into a binding purchase contractThis has been done to protect the integrity of our email list databases from fraudulent activities and those who are looking to steal our email listEmail lists are sold as it is without warranties or guarantees

Complaint: ***I am rejecting this response because: One of my chief complaints is the fact that I paid for 44,contacts, yet only received 36,contactsSo we require a refund for the 8,contacts paid for, but not receivedAlso, the InfoGlobalData FAQ website (http://www.infoglobaldata.com/faq.html) states:"day Guarantee - We guarantee deliverability of e-mails" and "Pay only for successful appended and delivered email addresses"Yet, within the day period, I sent a qualification email to the 36,contacts, of which 8,email addresses bounced (25% bounce rate)So don't I deserve a refund for those bounced email addresses too? All of this was brought to my Account Managers' (we've spoken several times via phone and email exchange) attention with Info Global Data within the day period to clarify this issueThe Account Manager has delayed responding and has not yet addressed this issue.Sincerely,*** ***

We have delivered all the records based on SIC code requested by the customerWe would like the customer directly be in touch with the sales rep than putting complaints in Revdex.com

that I ordered and paid for upfront. The sales rep who I dealt with is not responding to my e-mails leaving me no alternative but to contact Revdex.com
