that there will be inaccuracies and that there will be some holes and obsolete namesUnfortunately, that is just the nature of this businessIf anyone tells you otherwise, they are not telling the TRUTH!Refund PolicyDatabases and e-mail marketing follow the same principle as software- once opened or downloaded, it is a final saleDue to the nature of email lists, all sales are final and non-refundableBy processing your order and submitting your contact information, you are entering into a binding purchase contractThis has been done to protect the integrity of our email list databases from fraudulent activities and those who are looking to steal our email listEmail lists are sold as it is without warranties or guarantees

All of this was brought to my Account Managers' (we've spoken several times via phone and email exchange) attention with Info Global Data within the day period to clarify this issueThe Account Manager has delayed responding and has not yet addressed this issue.Sincerely,*** ***
