We received a call from customer [redacted] in regards to cracking in his [redacted] Fiber Cement Siding we installedRegardless of this being a Manufacturer defect and not an installation defect, upon receiving the phone call we immediately filed a claim with [redacted] the manufacturer of this siding product for the homeownerWe printed and mailed a hard copy of the documents to the customer (attached in this message)Upon receiving the claim documents [redacted] filed a claim against America's Advantage Remodeling stating we are ignoring his request and trying to brush him offWe America's Advantage Remodeling are helping this customer as much as possible to get this issue of cracked siding resolved regardless of this not being a labor installation defectThe customer is requesting Years of [redacted] Fiber Cement WarrantyAs the installer we can't grant this wish [redacted] emailed a letter to the customer (attached in this message) stating the cracked siding is indeed a Manufacturer defect and the customer is eligible for compensation for his sidingThe complaint filed against America's Advantage Remodeling should be redirected towards the correct party
