I am rejecting this response because:They showed up on 11/22/and proceeded to chop some of the bottom horizontal pieces to meet the city's 4" ground clearance requirement, against our wishes and the recommendation of one of their owners.when my husband called to complain, we were told to call back after it passes city inspection and they will address itMy husband called back after it passed inspection, he was told by *** that they were glad the fence was completeWhen he explained that the job was not complete and someone needed to come out here and fix it, he was told she would call him backShe did notMy husband called again yesterday, and was put into her voicemailWe still have not received a call back with information on how they are going to fix the fenceThe fence we paid $for looks absolutely terrible, with each of the bottom horizontal pieces now different widths, and holes and open areas on the pieces they cutThe bottom pieces also no longer match the look of the top horizontal piecesI want this fixed, and I want it fixed nowI am now contemplating hiring an attorney to get this matter resolvedAmerica's Backyard needs to stand by their work and fix their mess

I am rejecting this response because: The last contact my husband or I have had with the company was on 11/28/17, when *** informed my husband that the fence met city code, and they were “glad to have fixed the fence”When my husband explained that the fence was not completed properly, he was told someone would get back to himThat never happenedWe have left numerous messages, and not one has been returnedWe have not been able to speak to anyone, let alone the ownerNow, because it is the middle of winter, I am going to have to continue to deal with this until the spring, since they would be unable to do anything right now with frozen groundI have received no remedy, and this company seems to operate under the assumption that if they ignore us, we will go awayI have now contacted an attorney, and will apparently need to take to social media to get this resolvedI am frustrated beyond belief.
