some enzyme for throw up for free

I respectfully dispute the claim that the company was not given the chance to return to my homeI talked with an assistant manager after the technicians left my home and was told he would pass along the information and that all he could do was give me a great deal on upholstery cleaningNo one from the company ever contacted me, I reached out to them each time contact was made until the technician called me in place of the general manager call I was told would comeI did fix the vents myself, no one ever offered to come back and fix themI am attaching photos of the damage
These are images of improperly attached vents, ripped drywall, and a scratched and stripped screw on an intake vent cover that I cannot fix

We had the customer sign the agreementWe walked through the whole place with her there was already damage to some of her vents as you can see the vents are very oldAt the end of the job the customer looked at all the work and said nothing to the techniciansNow she calls later in the day and says nothing about money back or damage just to let them know they didn't screw them in rightWe have been in business for years and take a lot of pride in our work if she would have told the technicians when they did final walkthrugh they wold have not left and fixed any problemWe were not allowed to go back there the next day and fix the problem?? We have decided not to give her money back and if she wants to go to court to tell a judge that story I think he will understand our side.Thank you any more questions call ** XXX-XXX-XXXX

I am rejecting this response because: How are you sure what transpired in my home exactly? Myself and my family were taken advantage of and this is not alrightI don't want $and I don't want your poor service back in my homeI called,on more than one occasion to have you guys come back and we were treated like a jokeNO call from a "manager either" We're not in the position to move all our furniture AGAIN and waste another dayYou didn't want to make accommodations when it was convenient for us and now that window has passedThis is horrible customer service and now horrible management I am requesting a full refund and if you can't provide that I will seek out other options

At America's best when people call the company we give them the estimate over the phoneThat is what it is an estimate.We get to the job and do a full walkthrough before we startWe walk through the whole house with the customer and agree upon a price they sign the paperwork and we get startedWe are fine if the customer does not agree on the price and we shake hands and go to the next jobIn this case that's exactly what happened and we are willing to come back and fix the problemIn good faith I will offer a $refund and that's what we're willing to do thank you very much

We've been in business for years take a lot of pride in our work every time over 69,regular customers.We got all their spots out everything looked great they told my technicians how great everything looked when we leftThe customer called back complaining about the throw up smell and just like it says in the bottom of the receipt there's a $return service fee that the customer signed.My response was will waive the fee and go out there and spray enzyme at our costgoing that extra mile for the customer now on his response he said he doesn't want us back in the houseWe sent two technicians to a house we performed a great service there will be no refund thank you
