July 13, Revdex.com [redacted] S County Rd 5, Ste Fort Collins, CO Dear [redacted] : In regards to [redacted] 's Revdex.com complaint, we believe that the customer has been offered everything in a correct and honest wayOut $offer clearly states that it is our starting price and includes Single Vision basic plastic lenses, full rimmed frames from our $price selection and a free eyeglass exam onlyIt does not include any additional features such as tint, anti-reflective coating, thinner lenses, bifocals, warranty, etcOur contact lens exam is separate and has been explained to the customerHe also receives contact lens trials with the exam and took thoseWhen he stated that he does not see well with that trial pair we did offer him to come back and see the doctor again, which is a standard procedureThat is the reason we give our customers trial lenses in order to find out if they like the brand and if the prescription will work out fineIf it does not we will work with him until it doesHe personally stated in his complaint that we did call and ask him to come back to be re-examinedHe does not want to work with any dates or times we have availableThe pricing was explained the day of the exam as well as after when he complained about itThe store manager can sit down with him and explain every single price in order to clarify the details of the dealWe do not refund eye exams, however we can offer him a 25% discount off a future purchaseThe discount will not be combined with promotional offersSincerely, Ana Customer Care

[redacted] Hi I am re contacting you to let you know the pricing issue may have been fixed at face but they still have not given me a prescriptionI went in and they somewhat fixed my prescription but won't give me my numbers so I am unable to do business with who I chooseInstead they want me to go back to themI am hesitant because I don't want them to charge me for a checkup nowI don't want to do business with them at allI didn't realize I had been contacted about this situation from Revdex.comThe case has been by no means solvedI went and paid for a prescription a month ago and don't have anything in return other than a pair of trail contactsI am going to contact them tomorrowAs far as the pricing thing goesThis company is highly misleading with every advertisement I have seenThey fail to provide fine print and make their offers look like they have no string attachedLast time I got contacts I got my prescription correct and same day and never had problems, I don't understand why this is happening and honestly I should have gone to Walmart like I always haveI await your responseSincerely, [redacted]
