04/21/2036Dear [redacted] :This letter is in response to the complaint filed by [redacted] case # [redacted] I do apologize for the problems that she encountered at our vision centerThe two for $offer is our starting price and includes Single Vision basic plastic lenses, full rimmed frames from our $price selection, and a free eyeglass exam onlyThis does not include any additional features such as bifocals, tint, anti-reflective coating, thinner lenses, warranty, etc.Per store manager Brian, the customer purchased two pairs of progressives on 03/24/She also purchased the Progressive Lens package which included basic progressive lenses, scratch coating, UV protection, and a one year warranty, which is an additional costThis package is totally different from our for $single vision promotionThere are no records on file of customer complaining about this matter at the store or with our Customer Care department,The manager Brian has agreed to give the customer a billing adjustment by honoring the two for promotion, as desiredBrian will refund her the difference in the costThe customer, however, will need to return her current progressive glasses to the store, and we will remake her glasses under the two for promotionOnce again, this promotion does not include any additional features previously listedPlease advise Ms [redacted] that she will need to return to the vision center by 05/12/to take advantage of this offerUpon entering store, have her ask for a member of management, Feel free to contact me if you have any further questions or COINC&ITIS,Sincerely,Denise Customer Care

If this company provide service for only year, with only one use, then their policy should specify that and their service should not be considered a one year's warranty if the company honors the warranty only onceRevdex.com: I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted] , and have determined that this proposed action would not resolve my complaint For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below.[Provide details of why you are not satisfied with this resolution.] Regards, [redacted]
