I have reviewed the response offer made by the business in reference to complaint ID ***, and have determined that this proposed action would not resolve my complaint. For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below
It also states on the bottom of the form that if the customer is not satisfied with the product, the customer is entitled for a complete refund , the shirts are defective, they are just too big and the quality is really bad .Even though they were logod, does not mean a customer is stock with a product that is defective and really bad quality.Thank you *** ***
Here’s a copy of the order formYou’ll notice at the bottom of the order form it states “Logo’d or altered products can only be returned due to incorrect processing or manufacturer’s defect.” Which neither of these applied to this situation as he stated that they needed a different size other than
