Complaint: [redacted] I am rejecting this response because:It's clear that the company does not want to make this situation right and fix their poor workmanship on the foundation, that the company refused to address. I would just like it noted that you may want think twice before you use this company for your painting needs. The contractor will be receiving a bill from the siding company to fix the damage to the new siding. It would be nice "if in good faith", We would be refunded a portion of our $650 for the poorly done foundation work and all of our time and aggravation that the company has caused us. My husband and I did not appreciate him coming to our home and ignoring the issues we were trying to discuss with him about the foundation as well as" calling us Liars" and that" we were trying to get things for free." I will contact Mrs*** and make an appointment to go over the work on the foundation and to see what can be done about the siding

I had an appointment with the bus yesterday 5/23/eveningHe came by and brought something to get
the paint off of our sidingHe kept wanting to argue with us that the marks were not paint but dirtHe said if it was paint it would have come off on the rag but the paint did not come off of the siding it is still thereHe did agree to keep us satisfied he would replace the one piece of sidingI tried to address the foundation issue with him and he was not having itHe immediately go defensive saying that it was not himHe told me I was a liar and that I was just trying to get stuff for freeOnce those comments were made he was asked to leaveI am still looking for a partial refund for the foundationIt seems pretty clear that he is unwilling to offer that though

I met with the customer and I brought a solution that will remove paint off anything and it is called Lacquer Thinner This can be verified by calling your local Sherwin Williams dealer I first told the lady that there is no paint on the siding , There is some type of defect or the siding maybe slightly bent But there is no paint on the siding There is some type of discoloration on the siding , Its a one inch about feet long that runs at the bottom of the siding right next to the foundation were I painted , you can tell by looking at it that its not paint and you can feel that there is no paint on the siding with the touch of your hand I did apply Lacquer Thinner just to show the costumer in good faith If there was paint it would have came off on to the rag , I did this a couple of times after that the lady started getting a attitude , rolling her eyes and not letting me talk I told her that I would pay for the siding out of good faith just trying to resolve this issue so we could both move on with our lives and put this be hide us But that wasn't good enough she started getting sarcastic by pointing out defects in the foundation , There was a lot of heavy marks on the foundation were the previous owner painted before I ever painted the foundation . I asked her are you seriously blaming this on me ? After that I believe it was time for me to leave I don't see us resolving this issueI'm very sad that this happen to me , I have a good clean honest business and do good work and been in business for years and everybody is always pleased with me and my other two men , Yes we have made mistakes in the past , But we have manned up to those mistakes I enjoy my job and making others happy this is my business and life
