To Whom It May Concern,I understand the complaint filed against the store is regarding a fraudulent ten-dollar billHowever, I believe this complaint was wrongly filed due to the following facts:The fraudulent bill she claims she received from our store has foreign writing on it that I/we have never seen before and all the currency in the store is authentic American bills only with absolutely no access to any other types of currency.Instead of saying something when she received her change, she came back about a half hour later with this complaint She could have gotten the ten-dollar bill elsewhere within the time frame without realizing it and thought it was from us due to our nationality by mistake.When we find fraudulent money, we report it to the police right away The person receiving the money should immediately report this to the police and it is not our responsibility to report this on your behalf.Due to the reasons above, there is nothing I can do because I know the fraudulent currency that she showed to us, did not come from our store Therefore, we are not responsible for this unfortunate event.Sincerely,Mee L**

I am rejecting this response because:When my mom returned to the store with the counterfeit bill, the clerk Mee would not accept the bill in a folded mannerI never unfolded the bill for her to seeIn their response the company describes the exact bill given to meIf we could reveiw the tapes the issue would be solvedIf this store did not give out the counterfeit money, why were they taking a picture of my vehicle before I left the parking lotAlso, if they veiwed the tape and have evidence that they did not issue the counterfeit money, why would they not just show to tape to prove themselvesThis business is bad for the community.
