Our taxes were done Feb It were done incorrectly the people in the office will not return my callsOur tax refund remains on hold MsDena [redacted] at American Business Concepts in [redacted] has been doing our Income taxes for yearsThis year she completed our taxes on 2/22/and charged us $for her to complete itHowever, an additional form was required but she never advised us about it and it was not submittedWe waited about a month for our refund and still had not received itI called her a few times to see if she knew what the delay was but could not reach herWhen I finally talked to her and she asked me to wait another week and to call her if we did not receive itI waited that extra week and still did not receive it and called her back on the 2nd week in April to let her know we still have not received itShe told me that she would call and check on it and would call me backI never heard back from her I had called her several times and could not

On March 18, 2016, I went to see Dena *** to file my taxesI had forgotten my children's social security cards but was able to provide the numbers to her before the end of our appointmentI went home and before filing the copies away at home, looked them over and noticed that somehow, one SSN was still the generic one she had input and didn't get changed to the real oneI promptly called her office on to explain what I foundI got voicemail and left a messageI did not get a return call all weekI called her office back and spoke to a young lady changed the SSN in their computer and resent the information to the IRSTwo days after that, I received a call (not from Dena, but from her assistant) and was told that the IRS rejected my return because it had been submitted twiceShe then "fixed" it again and resubmittedI received my return during the f
Paid for basic tax services on March 6th and have not been completed
Went in on March 6th, and worked with Dena *** Had some previous tax years and current to fileShe said no problemGave her all my info and was told she was going to get my taxes done on that night, and to this day she still has not got them doneThe main reason for my complaint is they keep saying its going to be done and it never is and today she told me to go somewhere elseI already paid her and it is now april 1st and do not have any extra money to pay someone else to help meThe tax deadline is near and fear that I will get penalized for not getting everything done on timePlease help!

Dena and her staff are incredibly unprofessional and should not be licensed to prepare taxes in ***
Dena and her staff required me to email all of my tax information including date of birth , social security, employment , etcSaid my taxes would be done beginning of MarchWe are now mid April and they no longer respond and still have not filed my taxesVery unprofessional and extremely negligent
