This company does not get back with people in a timely manorNor do they act like they want to help you even when you admit you were wrong or want to pay up on your accountThey do what they want when they want and that is right down to the corporate officeVery, very, very disappointed in the the service I have NOT received

Where to startFirst off they will tell lies about how flexible they are with you on being late on paymentDo not attempt to make a payment early because they will take it up to themselves to bump up your due date to that day you paidCallers are extremely rude and when the conversation gets heated may put you on speaker phone for all the business and customers to hearTax season is the most stressful, claiming there's a huge window to get that tax payment to them yet they start calling the day taxes can be filedHarassment is what this isIt's worse than telemarketers and collections calling combinedShort story, I was $and some changed short on a payment and Cindy from the Little Rock store called meI told her I'd pay $on my next due date which is almost double, her response was, "sigh, I guess that's suffice." Really? These people act nice and most mindful before hand and then afterwards are disrespectful vultures! This is only the tip of the icebergHighly debating on giving the car back and taking a loss on my creditNever again, and will tell everyone I know who is considering Scam-Mart a try

June 11th I got a Chevy Trailblazer from Car Mart in Corsicana On August 6th the engine blew up while I was hours away from home Elsa (District Manager) at the Corsicana location had the vehicle towed to Christian Brothers Automotive in Georgetown on August 9th after I sent the keys FedEx They are the ones who told me the engine was bad Elsa refused to have them replace the engine I have yet to hear from Elsa about the Trailblazer The only information I received about the vehicle was from Christian Brothers The last I spoke to her was when I called on August 8th to tell her about the vehicle I have called twice, once on August 11th and again on August 12th Today Kelly from Car Mart called about my payment I asked her to have Elsa call me This company is the worst

I have purchased two vehicles through Car Mart The first vehicle they took back due to aprox$in engine damage that was under no ones control The second vehicle, I am currently having issues with due to water collecting in the doors, horrible mildew and brake grinding When I was buying my first vehicle, the sales rep commented that sometimes they are forced to sell vehicles that they know are lemons I tried to be very careful in getting ones that were not lemons but it looks like that is practically impossible at this point I have attempted to reach the customer hotline on multiple occasions but have been unable to reach a live person willing to help They do not do car repairs on the weekends so my only option at this point is to become carless for my family of four for a period of days and keep my kids out of school, myself out of work and pray that I don't lose my job while they fix this car Very upset

I bought a car here not even months ago and day I was having problems with the car which they did not fix!! now the transmission went out now there saying I have to pay 2,for a new one! Do not buy a car from any Car Mart period pay that extra money and get yourself something reliable!
