business in reference to complaint ID *** and have determined that this does not resolve my complaint.
This contractor states that they have mailed the paperwork to us twice I would like to have proof that they have mailed this paperwork, did they send the packet by way of registered, certified mail (because I haven't had anything presented for our signature)? When we called to let them know that we still hadn't received anything, why wouldn't they just work with us, give us the courtesy and respect of a return phone call stating they received our messages and either drop the packet off at our home or make arrangements to meet them somewhere to pick up the packet.
Didn't seem to be a problem for Greg to meet up with my husband to pick up his payments for the roof, but they can't seem to give us the same respect and deliver the papers or make arrangements to pick them up because obviously mail isn't working (that is, if the papers were actually mailed) My husband did in fact see Greg on December 31st in the Smiths Food and Drug grocery store, my husband indicated at that time that we still hadn't received any papers, and Greg indicated at that time, that the warranty paperwork on the shingles would be mailed to us directly from the manufacturer, which is the exact opposite of what we were told before Several times Greg has said that Jeanette would get us a packet together and mail it, then on December 31st he says it would be mailed from the manufacturer directly Things are not adding up here The roof was completed last October 2015, it should not take this long to get the paperwork I cannot submit anything to Revdex.com because I have NOTHING to submit, I'm still waiting!!!!Regards,*** ***

The Dimensional shingles installed were not the shingles that were verbally discussed between Greg W*** and *** ***During their verbal discussion my husband had a brochure from another contractor for Owens Corning Tru DefinitionGreg indicated that he received his roofing materials from the same place (Johnson Madison) insinuating that these were the shingles that would be used on the roofThere was never any indication that he was going to use Pabco Roofing ShinglesTherefore in continuing conversation my husband continually referred to the shingle color wanted as Energy Star, Greg never disagreed or questioned until after the roof was completedWe have received the paperwork and warranty information unfortunately the shingles are not what we were expecting or verbally agreed upon (ENERGY STAR designated).Sincerely,*** ***

As a company we stand behind the product we have installedThere were numerous conversations between
*** and *** on the roofing project before the contract was signedThe contract paperwork outlines
exactly what we were going to do on the property and both parties signed agreeing to thatThis was an
Insurance claim for the roofing project and Energy Star shingles were not on the damaged roof and not
part of the contract signed and agreed to by both parties

To Whom It May Concern,We did receive a request from the *** for a refund on the down payment they paid us for a project that we are contracted to do for them.However, we were also told by the *** that the down payment given could be switched to another project we are contracted to do for
them that no down payment was given and was still due to usThey had mentioned issues with a property they had just purchased and wanted to push the projects to the fallWe have requested our legal representative contact ***'s legal representative in order to come to a quick and speedy resolve to this matter for both sides. We are looking to resolve this for the *** and believe we can come to a mutual agreement
On the contract for the work to be done on the Garage everything is done except for the Roofing
There is a balance remaining due on that contract of $ 9,that the *** are holding
On the contract for the work to be done on the Home everything is done except the Siding and
one window to be installedThere is a balance of $ 18,that the *** are holding
We are willing to give an additional $ 8,to allow more than enough money needed to
wrap up the remaining work not completedThat gives the *** $ 35,to complete
their projectWe believe that is a fair agreementThank You

There will be not a second contract. When a person has this kind of hell getting started on the first contract there will be no more. When we have to get Attorneys involved to get started on the first contract we must be stupid. There are other contractors out there which are reputable.Let us know what the results are and their comments

The requested warranty and paperwork has been sent out twice to the ***
Greg spoke with Mr*** on Dec 31st and we then sent both Warranty and Lien Release paperwork again
We apologize for any hassle or delay in receiving the paperwork

First of all, we apologize for the delay in getting the *** project completed.
We are working towards getting bothe the shop roof and house siding completed as soon as possible.
We have given a date we are anticipating being able to get the shop roof startedAnd we are
also
coordinating with *** on his schedule to get the siding completed on the houseIr is never our
intent to have any homeowner unhappy and completely understand the frustration in the long wait
to get this completedWe are communicating with the *** and will get this resolved and completed
as quickly as we can for them

We have spoke with Mr*** in regards to this issueWe have addressed one side of the roof and believeit has been fixedWe have also let *** know we will be back there to address the other area of concern assoon as the weather allows us to make sure it is fixed permanentlyWe appreciate
***'s patience and will take care of it as quickly as possible

They told me the 20th for the shed roofing I asked to clarify if this was June 20th, and did not get a response
They have been telling us they will be out to complete the projects week after week after week

We have simply asked Americas Choice to return our money. Americas Choice has stated they are farm boys but they have retained legal counsel.
