America's choice moving & storage did a great job during my last relocation from FL to ARI didn't know that a moving can be this smootherThey didn't even let me feel any issue to be worried forThey knew exactly how to deal with each itemI liked their way of workingThey gave me a challenge that nothing will be even scratchedAnd they wonThat was the first time someone else won against me and I got happyThey were financially affordableThe whole combo was goodLiked them a lot

I don't know where to start! What sounded like a quote that was to good to be true really was to good to be trueI regret ever using this fraudulent thieving conniving company! I was told that the first quote would be about 5k dollarsI paid the deposit with my credit card and waited for moving dayI told the company that once my house sold that I needed to be out of there within three daysWe scheduled for two days out and then waited for the company to arriveI was told they would be there around 8-am and they didn't show up until after 3:30! I told Amy the dispatch that we had more than most people in our 3,square foot house and she said she over quoted me on purpose and there wouldn't be anything to worry aboutWhen the movers finally did show up, they told me that I was going to be about three thousand dollars over the quoted amount and that would put me at to thousand dollarsI said that was fine we have no choice but to move now and we need to be out of the house by tonight as the new buyers would be moving in tomorrowThey stayed until midnight and left and still didn't get everything done on timeNow we were in violation of the contract of selling our house and they told me they would be back no later than or am and guess what, they still didn't show up until after am this time, we had movers bringing stuff into the house while our moving company was taking things outSo now when they finish loading up the truck we literally left for Texas in our car ten minutes after they left, they told me I would get the final quote the following business dayI remind you I was expecting an to thousand dollar quote, but they hit me with a 19,dollar quote! That's NINETEEN THOUSAND DOLLARS up more than fourteen thousand dollars from the original!!!!!!!! This is not what I was told and not what I expected but since my stuff was already on the truck if I didn't pay the remaining balance in cash to the driver I wouldn't get my stuff back, and if I wanted to pay with my credit card there was a ridiculous convenience fee of about six hundred bucks just to use a credit card!!!!!! These people are low down dirty crooks and will take you for whatever they think they can scam you for, low down dirty scam artists!
I regret ever calling them!

We hired them to move our household fron CA to KY in June After many many calls to them they hired another company to deliver it to us in late August The quality of care and attention to our items was beyond belief My husband motorcycle as actual considered a total loss after the move and many items were broken, rummaged through and missing We tried repeatedly to have them discuss these issues with us and got no where We had to go through our home owners insurance in order to get covered for loss and et our insurance company deal with them Will never recommend and what to warn anyone if they ever think of using this company

It was a norm in moving industry that at least one mess should happen while serving the clientAt least, my previous experiences say soI expected same from America's choice moving though my colleague told me they are the bestBut, actually they areThey didn't let me complain about anythingThey offered me a very logical packageTheir people moved everything without any hassle or noiseThey sent all those to my new residence on the mentioned hourThis should be the norm of the industryUnfortunately the reverse is the oneAnd that is why I have to call them norm breaker

THE WORST COMPANY EVER !!!! This company should not even be in businessThey have noooo clue what customer service is and does not care one bit about their customers once they take your money
They were sooo helpful with getting me set up and setting up the pick upThey answer every question quickly and do what they can to real you in, they make you feel like you can trust them and your belongings are safe in their hands Once my belongings were in their possession that all changed
It took over a month to finally receive my belongings as they kept saying there was delays in the drivers routeThey would say I would have my stuff by a specific date and then take several days after that day comes and goes to return my emails as I called every day with no answer and when they finally do they just push you off another week to go threw the same thing over and over againWhen the driver finally showed up with my stuff I asked him what took so long and he told me this company begged him to take my load not even a week prior when they told me the driver took it several weeks ago "with delays"They failed to mention to me that their company does not actually deliver your belongings, they pay a driver that is NOT employed by Americans Choice Moving to take your stuff to you
Not only do I have a whole lot of damaged items I also have several missing itemsAlmost every one of my boxes were busted, some taped back together with stuff hanging out, plastic containers with NO lids and not knowing what's missingIt looks like they just threw my boxes around and did not care about my stuff bI have full boxes of stuff and several furniture items that is flat out missing all together and all they would tell me was "this is why you have insurance" Really, when their representative specifically told me I really did not need to purchase the extended insurance but there was the standard insurance included in my quoteWhen calling the insurance company (not threw them) will only pay $total per missing box (they do not care what all is in that box but only pays $12) and they determine what the weight of my furniture items are and only pay penny's per pound and won't do anything with everything else that's missing as I do not have original purchase receiptsReally, you lost or stole my items and expect me to have every receipt from every item I have purchased in my life?? I also had antiques that were past down generations, there is no receipt for thoseThe items that broke in my boxes are NOT covered by this insurance either as "I boxed the items in the box myself" when I was told to have everything ready for the movers and they suggest using large boxes to put all the small or loose items in
I do as I am told, have everything packed in medium and large boxesI am a female and I unloaded my entire storage unit by myself and piled it for them in the street and made there job easierOnce the mover put it in the truck they also raised my total from my quote as I now had more "cubic feet" somehowI told them the size storage unit I had, I only moved that unit, everything fit in that unit wall to wall and floor to ceiling but apparently my stuff grew in their truck and I had not cubic feetThey moved my life I had everything I owned in there care to deliver it safe and sound, so I thought
They do not care one bit that my stuff is missing and damaged I will never use this company or anyone affiliated with this horrible company ever againIt's hard to trust a company that moves your belongings across the states and this one is careless with your priceless itemsWhen they store your stuff for you it's not in your own unit or room, but it's in a open wear house with everyone else'sThis is how they also had other people's belongings in my lot, no telling how many people out there are missing their stuff as I had to tell them on several items that it was not mine and they set it aside and took it with them I did received someone else's side bed rails, not mine, so my entire sleigh bed set is useless as someone else out in this worlds has received mine and I have there'sI can't stress enough how bad this company is Do NOT use this company unless you want to have missing, stolen and broken items with no sympathy or remorse for their customers and how they operate a horrible dishonest company and screw honest customers out of their hard earned money!!!
I finally settled for less then $to finally be done with this whole experience and after several months of waiting for this check or a call back from all my messages I get told that if I remove my review they will give me a little more money REALLY?? Now I know where their bad reviews are going, they are paying people to remove them!!
