I am on the Do Not Call Registry and received a call from this company spoofing a local telephone number
I received a phone call from a "Heidi" claiming to be from the Medicare Supplement Enrollment Center In reality, she was an agent of *** Fidelity Associates trying to sell me supplemental Medicare insurance I am on the Do Not Call Registry and have been for over years My caller ID said the number originated in Big Rapids, Michigan (XXX-XXX-XXXX)I believe this is called "spoofing" a phone number and is illegal

I would like to compliment Yolanda Hid#XXXXXXXXShe answers her phone promptly or if unavailable returns your call in a very short timeShe answers all questions eagerly and if she doesn't know the answer will make every effort necessary to get an accurate responseI can't comment on any other employee at morgan fidelity but Yolanda is a definate keeper and I am extremely happy to have had her help in the process of signing up for a medicare supplement
