All I want to say is thisIf you don't mind your furniture being damaged, if you don't mind being lied to in your face, if you don't mind being over talked by the argumentative manager and told he knew you were going to be a problem for asking about the rates, then this is the company for youI had donated some things for their thrift store, but apparently, they decided to donate more of my thingsI was never asked to view the inside of the truck for confirmation that all of my belongings were outNow I missing things that never made it in my housePretty sure they kept somethings or threw things outThe only saving grace was talking to one of the ownersStill, he can't undo the unpleasant experience that I had with his companyHow unfortunate that the company you trust and pay to do the job are the ones that rob you blindWould have been better to hire guys off of the street
I requested a move and was given a time frame of 12-3pmHowever the movers did not show up until 7:30pmI contacted the on call manager who was very argumentative and stated their was nothing he could do for me since I was receiving a discounted rateHe stated that it was not their fault the first move took longer than expected and they only give estimated timeHe suggested that I find new movers on my only day off of workI had worked night shift and was not prepared to be moving until 11pm that dayI emailed my complaint and no one bothered to respond or even apologize for my experience
