Revdex.com: I have reviewed the offer and/or response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted] , and have determined that this proposed action would not resolve my complaint For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear belo The Revdex.com response seems to imply that this problem was simply a delay in receiving a part This is absolutely not true The vendor, and the principal technician, was non-compliant and unprofessional in the total lack of response as promised Each promise to take action was met with a total lack of response by the vendor, resulting in a six week dead period, until the problem was fixed by another vendor in a total of business days from first visit to successful resolution The original vendor, America's Choice, should not be paid for a diagnostic visit, when they completely failed on every level to provide any follof any kind The warranty company informed me it was my responsibility to contact America's Choice to ask for a refund, and America's Choice phone numbers were not in service, and the technician's cell phone's voicemail was full, as it had been for weeks We had to pay a considerable amount of money and aggravation to purchase bagged ice for weeksAmerica's Choice should not get a "pass" on this one The Revdex.com's rating and records should indicate the company's total failure to act, except in cashing my check the day immediately after their initial service call (one day)On the advice and direction of the warranty company, we sought a refund of $from the negligent and non-compliant party, America's Choice We still are seeking that resolution, and deny America's Choice's claim that the only issue here was "a delay in receiving a part" Regards, [redacted] ***

The requested warranty and paperwork has been sent out twice to the [redacted] Greg spoke with Mr [redacted] on Dec 31st and we then sent both Warranty and Lien Release paperwork again We apologize for any hassle or delay in receiving the paperwork

Revdex.com spoke with the business regarding this caseThere was a delay in getting a part for the customerThis customer's claim has since been completed by another vendor sent by the warranty companyThe fee is for the diagnostic and if the warranty company had seen that it should have been refunded
that would have been approvedAt this time it was not as the customer's claim was closed and completed

America's Choice was the service provider selected by our Home Warranty (2-Warranty Co.) to install a replacement dishwasher They failed to respond to the work order for over three weeks I left voicemails and never got a call back Finally, the 2-Warranty Company prompted them with a new work order They showed up hours late to install the dishwasher My wife called me at work to say they had only hooked up the electrical part, but weren't sure how to hook up the water They basically described the part to my wife, told her to drill a hole in the cabinet, and finish the installation herselfI am sure these guys are cheap, since the warranty is using them But the service was frustrating and unreliable Once they actually showed up, they only did half the job
