To Whom It May Concern:This letter is regarding Ms [redacted] ***' complaint to the Revdex.com on August 10th, 2017, ID [redacted] Our office did in fact garnish MsDavis' wages, and that wage assignment demand was fulfilled on July, 5th, There was an ending credit balance on her account, which we issued a refund directly to her on July 18th, in the amount of $We did receive an additional garnishment payment from her employer on July 17th, 2017; however, it was mailed back directly to hr employer (per the garnishment department's request) at [redacted] *** on July 18th, We have since tried to contact the garnishment department regarding the check that was sent back, but have not had success in a return phone call after leaving a message.Sincerely, [redacted] Area Manager

I am rejecting this response because:The amount I am owed is I was given inconsistencies in regards to my refund I was the one who had to go to the loan company and get a copy of the stop garnishment and fax it to my job This was the same number the loan company said they had faxed My job had never received a fax from themI find it ironic that now they have a date as to when they the loan company sent the money back I requested this information over the phone and could not get a anwser I was told my acct was closed and that they the loan company couldn't give me a date Then in another phone conversation I was told a date I just want my I have a loan right now with them because I have had a hardship but I will never do business with them againI am not accepting their response
