interest rate of percent was the best available to ***The triple paned units were built and installed on 1/29/*** inspected the project upon completion and signed off job complete and correctOn 2/1/1st Security Bank of Washington did a confirmation call with *** to make sure project was completed and no additional work was yet to be doneMay 4, *** called Americas First Choice to report a broken screen track on the patio door*** was directed to the Lifetime Warranty, issued and signed for on 1/29/at the completion of installation, with AlsideAlside has a specific warranty procedure for replacement of product which when followed works very well*** called a couple more times to Americas First Choice and was again directed back to the warranty department for Alside, available via phone or online, for all replacement partsThe warranty is a quality warranty and Americas First Choice has had several customers over many years make good use of it, but following Alsides procedure is a mustIf the part was something we manufactured or had in our office we would have already replaced it for ***My apologies for the process but it does work when followed

The last time I spoke with your company, prior to my complaint with the Revdex.com submitted on 8/24/2016, I had given you the opportunity to come out and physically assess the damagesAt that time you chuckled and you told me that you sub-contracted out the work done to my home and that you were not responsible for the work of your sub-contractorsYou are now changing your story and blaming the previous home ownerYou stopped contacting me after thatSince then, I filed a complaint with the Revdex.com and it has taken you over three months to respond to meAs a result of your lack of communication, the Revdex.com suggested that I seek an attorney to resolve this matterI have also spoken directly with the Oregon CCB, the attorney general, the manufacturers of the windows and siding installed on my home, and several general contractorsThey have all suggested that I seek litigation

Americas First Choice contracted with *** *** in March of for siding and windows*** *** did not want the old siding or original window trim removed or replacedThe home was over years old at the time and had been let go for several years without any exterior maintenanceMs***
made all decisions on work to be done as well as work NOT to be doneAll work was performed by licensed insured contractors with many years of experienceThe warranty for installation was consistent with Oregon CCB requirements and the warranties for both siding/windows are transferable to new owners, if done per the manufactures procedureUnfortunately the home *** *** purchased may have had numerous pre-existing conditions that Americas First Choice nor its subcontractors knew about in its previous yearsAmericas First Choice forwarded the file to our insurance carriers for further investigation in an effort to assist *** ***
