September 15, [redacted] :in response to the complaint received from [redacted] ***, I have enclosed email correspondence between AHHPs Support Team and ** [redacted] that clearly states that our policy is to not issue refunds once exams are taker*** unsuccessfully took the exam twice prior to requesting a refund.While it is unfortunate that the course came an end prior to her being able to attempt the exam for the third time, our website clearly states that the course would expire on /202014.In an attempt to work with [redacted] , AHP notified her today, via email, that we would be willing to enroll her in the Medicare course at no cost to her, in hopes of reaching an amicable solution to her dissatisfaction.Best regard

CID [redacted] I had a dispute with this company with the Revdex.com previouslyThe company agreed to refund my $payment for a training course I enrolled in because I was unhappy with the flawed testing processThe company refunded (per our agreement) $to my checking account on 2/2/for the payment I made with my debit card on 11/06/Without my authorization The company then charged the $back to my account on 2/23/The company had previously credited a credit card for the $I paid with it for a second enrollment in the same training courseThe company had refunded $instead of the $I had agreed toI did owe the $they took from my account but they should not have taken the money without my authorizationI was in the process of deciding whether or not to send them a check for $when they took the money from my accountThe issue here is the UNAUTHORIZED charge they made against my accountI think the company should put the $back that they took from my accountThey can then bill me and I will decide if I will pay them or notIt seems the company that claimed that their test was not flawed does make mistakes after allCONSUMER REBUTTAL: Complaint: 10467425I am rejecting this response because: I don't think they took the time to understand my complaintI am attaching a copy of the unauthorized withdrawal from my account which occurred on 2/23/2015.Regards, [redacted]

Enclosed is documentation regarding the previous inquiries we received from *** *** and our response to his inquiriesUpon the receipt of his complaint, we reviewed his exam attempts again and could not find any issues systematically
