Went to the shop on a Saturday to get quote on a kitchen counter Selected a granite, completed the form to request a quote and was told it would be emailed to the person responsible for quotes since no one was on site to even give us a ball park figure or price per square foot No response ever received, no phone call or email Waited and waited, finally called following Tuesday and received an argument from staff that it hadn't been hrs yet (which was plainly not true) No apology, just an argument Unfortunate situation since we had used them previously and were very happy with the result, but apparently repeat business doesn't carry any weight with them, We went elsewhere to obtain the granite
