Initial Business Response / [redacted] (1000, 7, 2015/12/03) */ From my understanding of this matter some king mattresses were stored or delivered to us leaning on the end of the bed causing it to puff upNot a defect, but still annoyingSerta send a replacement and I apologize why the delivery guys would bring a new one with the same problemWhen I received a call it was about body impressions in the mattressI explained all mattresses will show some body impressions especially pillow topsI was then told the new mattress had a puffed up bottomAgain, I don't quit understand why the guys didn't notice that from the beginning, or why the issue was never brought to my attention by anyoneWe've never had this happen before much less twiceWhen the costumer expressed about not liking the body impression I suggested to re-select to one that would show lessThe customer came in, and picked out two different mattressesThe first was the same price, but the second one cost moreWe didn't have to do the mattress that cost more, but the customer never did call me or the mattress store manager backSo we received the mattress in at the same price, but could not contact customer
