I filled out an applicationI was called on my lunch and I spoke with him but I did mention to please contact me after 5PM on the APPLICATIONSo one he does not know how to read...I mean why have a section on when to call and not follow itTwo he was very quick and RUDEI am a polite person and I will call you SIR if I feel like itand Third you don't ask someone "So why couldn't you pay your bills?" No you say so what happened that got you behind on your billsThat's more appropriateand then when I told him about how I lost my job last year and was evicted he was like sorry ma'am I can't help you..CLICKno bye or have a nice day or why he couldn't help meIf it's the eviction it's okay that is fine but don't cut me short
My question isIs their someone out their who can help someone in my situation needing a home for my family who has had some minor problems in lifeHe acted like it was my fault and I am a horrible personan Eviction does not make me a horrible personI lived their for yrs and I lost my job that was NOT my faultYour emoployees need to me nicerI don't care about understanding because if it is policy their is nothing you can doBut please be NICER and more PROFESSIONALI did not have a good experience talking with him and I can't even remember his nameHe called me from XXX-XXX-XXXX
Totally ruined my day and all I was doing was trying to see what my options would beHe was in no way of help at ALL!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
