Good afternoon, In response to this complaint I have to say that customer was advised about the really bad condition of her existing roof, that she needed a new roof and she said that she only wants to get it repaired, that she could not afford a new roofAt the time I told her that we could try to get it repair but there was not warranty on repairs since we are not putting a new roof, and that we could not warranty a roof that was put many years back by someone else and she was okay with it and of course, we proceeded with the repairsNow almost months later se calls and said that she has leaks when never leaked during the rainy monthsI don't we should be responsible for leaks on work done months ago and for a roof with a poor conditionthe estimate only mentions one 8" piece rain gutter that was replaced not repaired around the other existing guttersattached you will have a copy of the estimateThank you!!!!!!!!
